The Brief

Prompt Post is a new digital initiative from Thailand Post, aiming to shift from an offline service to an online platform. We designed a “Digital PostBox” — a mobile mailbox where users can receive letters, documents, and official messages, prioritize them, and take action directly in one place.

The Challenge

With many stakeholders involved, product direction lacked clarity, affecting design and development. Legacy system limitations also restricted how far we could go in terms of design and functionality.

We started by talking to every stakeholder involved to deeply understand the product’s purpose and business goals. From those conversations, we reshaped the product narrative to better fit the market and align everyone on a shared vision.

I proposed a new design concept and created a design system to serve as the foundation for this platform — and potentially future ones under the Prompt Post brand. I presented this direction to the executive branding and communications team at Thailand Post.

On the design side, I led efforts to identify pain points in the original system and redesigned the user journey to feel more intuitive and aligned with modern digital platforms, while still working within technical limitations.

I then created wireframes and a full user interface that balanced functionality, aesthetics, and time to market. The key features I covered included

  • User Registration & Authentication

  • KYC

  • Homepage

  • Digital PostBox

  • Digital SafeBox

  • Trusted Services (e-Signature, e-Seal, e-Timestamp)

  • Storage

  • My Profile & Settings

I worked closely with the Technical PO, developers, and QA teams from vendor partners — from defining requirements to reviewing deliverables. I also co-led usability testing during handover, ensuring the final product was ready for real users.
