The Brief

Prompt Pass is a key feature within the Prompt Post platform, designed to simplify how citizens interact with government and business. It functions as a secure Digital Wallet, allowing users to collect and store official documents issued by government agencies, and use them for various types of transactions.

These include:

  • Personal transactions, such as signing contracts or verifying documents

  • Government services, like benefit registrations or license renewals

  • Business, such as loan applications or insurance signups

The Challenge

This project pushed me beyond design and development into strategic product pitching. I had to work closely with government agencies, navigating complex regulations and formal processes. With Prompt Pass being a new platform, one major challenge was gaining trust and convincing potential partners to adopt the feature.

Researched citizen pain points using public data and government reports; studied foreign case studies, including Singpass ( Singapore’s digital service models).

Mapped and designed the end-to-end user journey to improve access to government services

Collaborated with strategy team to prioritize partners and use cases based on potential user base, revenue impact, and accessibility to high-impact agencies

Designed key features from scratch, including detailed flows and interfaces; presented to and coordinated with all stakeholders — from BOD to PMO

Had the opportunity to pitch Prompt Pass to multiple high-level partners, e.g: Ministry of Public Health,Department of Provincial Administration, Department of Tourism, Legal Execution Department, Department of Consular Affairs
