The Brief
Bondbond is a fan economy platform built to deepen the connection between fans and their favorite artists. Through interactive features, it offers new ways for fans to engage with artists and allows the labels to generate online revenue streams they’ve never tapped before. The platform serves as a marketing, engagement, and data tool for identifying and activating super fans.
The Challenge
The project began with a brief to build a fan-focused digital tool as a potential New S-Curve for the client’s entertainment business. I researched the industry to craft an idea that balanced business goals with fan needs, then co-created the product concept, business model, and feasibility with the strategy team. It was also my first time designing tokenomics, and I pitched the concept to potential content partners in a highly competitive space.
Defined the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the strategy team, covering value proposition, competitor analysis, feature prioritization, and business modeling and translate business needs into product requirements
Designed customer journey maps to help partners visualize how the platform creates value and supports deeper fan engagement. Proposed campaign ideas and monetization models that artists and labels could use on the platform. Planned revenue-sharing structures and business models tailored to different partner types.
Collaborate with strategy team and blockchain partners (TokenX) to design platform tokenomics and feasibility
Facilitated alignment between stakeholders and identified strategic content partnerships. Pitched the platform to major industry players, including Universal Music, Tada Entertainment, เทพลีลา, WeTV, True CJ (Thailand Music Countdown), bROTHER Music, Muzik Move, and Search Entertainment
